Alvin Williams, 76, of Englewood passed away September 11, 2013 at his residence. A son of the late Oscar and Sarah Williams and co-owner of Williams Tractor Repair/Parts. Preceded in death by 3 brothers, Amos, Wayne and Walter Williams. Survivors include, his wife of 50 years, Jane Williams of Englewood; 3 sons and daughters-in-law, Greg and Kathy Williams of Madisonville, Ottie and Tomoko Williams of Navarre, FL, Chad and Angie Williams of Madisonville; very special nephew and wife, Dinky and Shannon Torbett; grandchildren, Cory Williams, Tia Williams Tellgren, Zane Williams, Ryan Williams, Braden Williams, Joseph Babin and Daniel Babin; great-grandchildren, Hailey and Austin Tellgren, Aiden, Ian and Nicolos Babin; sisters and brothers-in-law, Louise and Beecher Cardin of Englewood, Flora and Marvin Kemp of Floyd, VA; sisters-in-law, Doris Williams and Annette Williams.Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, September 14, 2013 in the South Chapel, of Bordwine Funeral Home with Rev. Craig Fairall and Ottie Williams officiating.Family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5 to 7:00 p.m., Friday, September 13th.Interment will follow service in Wilson Station Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Chad Williams, Dinky Torbett, Cory Williams, Ryan Williams, Vince Williams and Bret Warren. Honorary pallbearers will be Zane and Braden Williams.
