Anna Lou Harris age 93 of Calhoun, TN passed away Friday, January 9, 2015 at her residence. She was the daughter of the late Tom and Beulah Long, was a member of Calhoun First Baptist Church and she loved walking. She is preceded in death by her parents, listed above; husband: J.B. Harris; daughter: Betty Rhudy; granddaughter: Ann Harris Wilcox; brothers: D.C. Long and Lake Thomas Long, sister: Ruby Williams.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law: Byron and Carolyn Harris of Etowah; daughter and son-in-law: Tommie Lou and Bill Long of Calhoun; grandsons: Jeff and Angela Long, Michael and Elaine Long, Ray Harris, Mitchell Rhudy; 6 great grandchildren, 7 great-great grandchilgren; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, January 12, 2015 at Calhoun First Baptist Church with Rev. Kevin Cheatham officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m., Monday, prior to the service at the church. The committal will follow the funeral service at Green Hill cemetery with grandsons serving as pallbearers.
