Anna "Ann" Laura Casteel, 78 of Etowah, TN passed away Sunday, August 26, 2018 peacefully at home with her sister, Mary Ruth Dawson by her side. She was a daughter of the late Samuel and Tilde Lamb; she was a member of Firepoint Baptist Church in Decatur; and a well known upholsterer in Etowah, TN.

Preceded in death by her husband, Winston "Bud" Casteel; parents; brother, Johnny William Lamb; sisters, Rosa Bell Lamb, Lena Farmer, Lura Branham, Hazel Lindsey and Geraldine Childs.

Survivors include her siblings, Lonzo Lamb, Lester Lamb, Jerry Lamb, Betty Welch and Mary Ruth Dawson; many nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held at 6:00 p.m., Wednesday August 29, 2018 in the chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home with Rev. Doyle Lloyd officiating. Family will receive friends from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Wednesday prior to the service. Family and friends will assemble at Mars Hill Cemetery, Thursday, August 30th for the 10:00 a.m. committal service.

Jackie Dawson, Gary Givens, Henry Ricker, Carl Ricker and Dennis Williams will serve as pallbearers.
