Annette Roberts, 77, of Englewood, TN passed away Friday, January 9, 2015 at her residence. She was a daughter of the late Bart and Ardine Ervin and retired from Morgan Manufacturing. She was a faithful member of Nonaburg House of Prayer where she was surrounded by a loving church family. She lived her entire life in the Burger Branch Community and she loved yard sales, working in her yard with her flowers and she also never met a stranger. She was a shining example of how we should live our lives. Many will remember her for her work ethic and her passion to help others; she had organized many benefits throughout the years for people who were in need in the community. She always considered others before herself. She loved to sing and acknowledge God no matter the circumstance or trial of life. She was strong and stood upon her faith in God. Her favorite expression was, "I am too blessed to be distressed." She is someone who will be truly missed in this life by her friends and family.

Preceded in death by her husband, Ivan Roberts; son, Tony Roberts; grandson, Jeremy Roberts; parents, Bart and Ardine Ervin; and sisters, Alice Hipps, Ruby Saffels, Grace Saffels and Maysie Lindner.

Survivors include, her daughters and son-in-law, Pam Roberts, Linda and Chris Buckland; daughter-in-law, Sandy Roberts; grandchildren, Tonya Roberts, Andrea Massengil, Crisada Buckland, Gillian Roberts, Callie Smith and Patrick Smith; great-grandchildren, Jeremy Buff, Whittney Buff, Ethan Massengil, Emilie Roberts, Lanie Massengil and Willa Smith. Funeral service will be held at 8:00 p.m., Monday, January 12, 2014 in the South Chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home with Pastor Steve Simpson officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m., to 8:00 p.m.,Monday prior to the service. Family and friends will assemble at the funeral home Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. and proceed to Burger Cemetery for the 11:00 a.m., committal service.

Anthony Saffels, Roger Martin, Bobby Croft, Mike Roberts, Kenneth Baxter and Patrick Smith will serve as pallbearers. Honorary Pallbearers will be Odell Saffels, Mike McKenzie, Mike Raper, Chris Buckland and Ed Clowers.
