Annie "Willie" Mae Rowland, 82, ofEtowah, TNwent home to the Lord on Friday, March 3, 2017. She was adaughter of the late Garland and Ruth Duncan.

Preceded in deathby her loving husband, Howard Franklin Rowland; and parents, listed above.

A housewife and dedicated mother who loved cooking and quilting.

Her Surviving family includes daughter and fiancé, Elizabeth Ann and Ray Hoover; grandchildren, Haley, Skylar and James Howard; sisters, Ruthanne Newton, Linda Case, Lois Cruze, and Brenda Guffey; brothers, Larry Duncan, Stanley Duncan, Buford Duncan, Garry Duncan and Perry Duncan; several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 8, 2017 in the South Chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home withRev. Doyle Lloyd and Rev. Herman Curtis Jordan officiating.Family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, prior to the service.Intermentwill follow service to Old Salem Cemetery.

Ray Hoover, Michael Case, Kevin Case, Jamie Dunsmore, Doug Casteel and Ryan Case will serve as pallbearers.
