Barbara Knox Quinn, 81, of Cleveland, TN, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, August 22, 2023 surrounded by her family.

She was born on April 10, 1942 to the late Hayden and Minnie Ward Weeks.

Family and faith were the most important parts of Barbara's life.

Barbara was one of a kind; she was generous, caring and loving. She was a treasured mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who was always there for her family.

Barbara enjoyed traveling, bird watching and family time.

Preceded in death by her husband, Jim Quinn; brothers, Olen Weeks and Ogle Standridge; grandson, JB Knox and step-daughter, Susan Brooks.

Barbara leaves behind to cherish her memory, her son, Keith (Tonya) Knox; step-son, Tom (Pat) Quinn; grandchildren, Brittany (Derrick) O'Daniel, Sarah (Chris) Adams; step-grandchildren, Nicholas Brooks, Emily Thomas, Dustan (Dawn) Clark, Tanner (Candace) Clark. Great-granddaughter, Hattie Jane O'Daniel; step-great-grandchildren, Dean and Demi Clark, Ryman and Layla Clark, MaKayla and Aiden Adams; host of nieces, nephews, and special friends including her care-taker and friend, Saliena Sizemore, Mildred Kathy Rogers, Rick McDaniel.

She was of the Baptist faith and a member of New Fellowship Baptist Church in Charleston, TN; she also attended Southview Baptist Church.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 26, 2023 in the chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home with Pastor Jackie Cardin officiating.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m., Saturday prior to the service.

The interment will follow the service in Sunrise Cemetery in Englewood, TN.
