Bernice "Niecy" Sisson, age 74 of Etowah, TN passed away on Saturday, September 10, 2016 at her residence. She was the daughter of the late Desota Buckner and Frances Brown. Bernice was a member of Zion Hill Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, listed above, husband, Richard Sisson, and son, Mike Martin.

Survivors include daughter and son-in-law, Tiffany and Jamey Ferguson; son and daughter-in-law, Jess and Flower Sisson; grandchildren, Faith Sisson and William Sisson; brothers and sister-in-laws, Danny and Brenda Buckner and Randy and Sandy Whitner; sisters and brother-in-laws, Carolyn and Reese Williams, Judy and Ray Swallows, and Brenda and Doug Smith.

Graveside service will be held at 4:00 p.m., September 12, 2016 at Green Hill Cemetery, with Mark Hensley officiating. No formal visitation will be held.
