Beulah Doris Johnson, 79, of Etowah, passed away, Monday, April 8, 2013, at Woods Memorial Hospital.She was a member of Riceville Church of God. A daughter of the late Ernest and Emma Armstrong, and was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Junior Johnson; her parents, listed above; one brother, Ernest Charles Armstrong Jr.; and one sister, Violet Jane Haga.Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Jimmy and Barbara Johnson of Etowah; two grandchildren, Yancey "Fred" Johnson and Waylon Scott Johnson, both of Etowah; and one brother and sister-in-law, William Eugene and Judy Armstrong of Richmond, Va. Funeral service will be held 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 10, 2013 in the South Chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home with the Rev. Doyle Prince and Minister Randall VanHoose officiating. Family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., prior to the service. Family and friends will assemble at Green Hill Cemetery Thursday, April 11th for the 11:00 a.m., committal service. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
