Bill Dukes, 87 of Etowah and formerly of Flint, MI, passed away Saturday, November 10, 2018 at his residence.

He was a son of the late William K. Dukes, Sr. and Neoma Hazel Sammons Dukes. Bill worked with his father and brother at the Three Dukes Barber Shop in Flint, MI for over thirty years. He was an avid "UT Vols" fan.

Survivors include: his wife Joanne Dukes, daughters and sons-in-law, Cindy and Don Norman of Elkhart, IN and Susan and Terry Rutan of Niota, TN, three grand children, seven great-grandchildren, and a sister and brother-in-law Corenia and Pete Vasquez of Vass, NC. Numerous other extended family also survive.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
