Blanche E. Rymer, 92, of Reliance, TN passed away on Friday, July 19, 2019.  She was a daughter of the late Luther and Cora Cochran Owens and was and a member of Fairview Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Rymer and son Willie Phillip Rymer. Four brothers, Eskel Owens, Frank Owens, George Owens, and Johnny Owens; sisters, Janie, Marie Couey, and Francis Wright.

Survivors include daughters and son-in-laws; Margie and Ronny Raines of Monticello, GA., Wilma and Thomas Jones of Reliance and son and daughter-in-law; Tommy and Darlene Rymer of Benton, sister; Etta B. Goforth of Reliance and brother Jimmy Owens of Benton. Grandchildren; Tina Bishop of White, GA, Rhonda Shore of Monroe, GA, David Rymer of Benton, TN, Lesley Vineyard of Cleveland, TN, Rodney Rymer of Delano, TN, Robyn Hull of Atlanta, GA, Karen Lowery of Niota, TN, Matthew Rymer of Benton, TN, Sarah Rymer of Benton, TN, 13 great-grandchildren and 4 great,  great-grand-children. Several nieces and nephews and other extended family also survive.

Funeral Service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Sunday July 21, 2019 in the chapel of the funeral home with the Reverend Wilford Wright officiating.

Family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Sunday prior to the service.

Family and friends will assemble at the Rymer Cemetery in Reliance on Monday July 22, 2019 for the 11:00 a.m. Committal Service.
