Bobbie Sue Hamilton, 79, of Etowah, TN passed away Sunday, January 11, 2015 at Starr Regional Medical Center of Etowah. A native of Bridgeport, Al and resident of Etowah all of her life. Daughter of the late George Hamilton, Sr. and Mary Pearl Burnette Hamilton.

Preceded in death by her parents; listed above; brothers, George Hamilton Jr., Ernest Lee Hamilton, Luther Curtis Hamilton, Charles Edward Hamilton and Billy Boyd Hamilton; sisters, Betty Jo Starkey and Shirley Ann Hamilton.

Survivors include brothers and sisters-in-law, Johnny and Kitty Hamilton of Athens, TN, George and Mary Ellen Hamilton of Etowah, TN; special niece, Gail Casteel; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held at 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 13, 2015 in the South Chapel, of Bordwine Funeral Home with Minister Bill Corn officiating. Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday prior to the service. Family and friends will assemble Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at Etowah Cemetery for the 11:00 a.m., committal service.

George Hamilton IV, Jonathan Hamilton, Matt Nevins, Mike Casteel, Jason Casteel and Michael Cordle will serve as pallbearers.
