Brian Hembree, born on July 9, 1987, passed away on Wednesday, April 29, 2026. His departure has left a profound void in the hearts of all who knew him. Brian was a proud worker whose dedication and commitment were evident to those around him. He was a wonderful son, a proud father, and a devoted partner who deeply loved his significant other, Misty Gifford, and especially cherished his daughter, Caroline Gifford. Brian’s life was marked by his unwavering devotion to family.

He is survived by his loving significant other, Misty; daughter, Caroline, was the light of his life—a bond that brought him immense joy and purpose. He also leaves behind his father, Douglas Hembree; his sister, Shannon Dade; maternal grandmother, Rose Sedlak; and several other extended family members who will carry forward his memory with love and respect.

Preceding Brian in death were his beloved mother, Vicki Hembree. He also joins his paternal grandparents, Arnold and Margaret Hembree, in eternal rest.

Memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 5, 2026 in the chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., Tuesday prior to the service.
