Charlene Curbow Love, 92, of Etowah, TN passed away Thursday, September 25, 2014 in a Cleveland, TN assisted living facility. She was a native of Polk County and daughter of the late John and Myrtle McDaris Curbow. She was an active member of the Etowah First Presbyterian Church serving as an elder, Sunday school teacher, Bible school teacher and member of the church daycare board. She was a graduate of Polk County High School and Young Harris College. She was retired from Etowah City School.

Preceded in death by her husband, Theodore R. Love; daughter and son-in-law, Susan Love Miller and Kevin Miller; and brother, Don Curbow

She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

Survivors include her daughter, Sally Love of Ocoee, TN; son, Theodore H. Love of Knoxville, TN; grandchildren and spouse, Joshua and Courtney Miller and Emma Love Miller; daughter-in-law Kathy Miller of Knoxville, TN; sisters, Betty Curbow Cowan and

Dolores Curbow Blood both of Renton, Washington; and many beloved nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, September 28, 2014 in the South Chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home with Chaplin Jim Hite officiating. Interment will follow service in Benton Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m., Sunday, at the funeral home prior to the service.

Pallbearers will be Chuck Sanford, Tim Curbow, Gary Walden, John Walden, Keith Harrill, Brian Harrill and Kurt Harrill.
