Charlotte Ann Martin McPhail 79, passed into her eternal life on Thursday, May 7, 2020 at Life Care Center in Athens, TN where she resided the last 10 years.

Charlotte enjoyed sharing her love of playing the piano with several local churches, staff and residents of Life Care. She was an avid short story and poems author.

Preceded in death by her father, Cecil Martin; her mother, Zora Derrick Martin; brother, Curt Martin and infant sister, Gail Martin.

She is survived by her children, Kim Dockery (Bob) of Tellico Plains, TN, Scott McPhail (Melissa) of Bristol, TN, Angie Thompson (Scott) of Athens, TN; grandchildren, Gage Ingram (Shaylyn), Jesse Thompson, Natalie Thompson; great-grandchild, Boston Vaughan.

A heartfelt thank you to her Life Care family.

A private graveside service will be held at Sunrise Cemetery, Saturday, May 9, 2020.
