She was the daughter of the late William A. and Lizzie Mae Torbett and a member of Shoal Creek Gospel Tabernacle.

Preceded in death by her husband of 37 years, Howard E. Roberts; Sisters, Reba Land and Ola Mae Martin; Brothers, J.C. Torbett, Englewood and Azel Torbett, Madisonville.

Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Karen and Gary Rucker of Englewood, Cynthia and Ronnie Davis of Madisonville; sons and daughters-in-law, Mike and Brenda Roberts, Mitch and Lisa Roberts all of Englewood; grandchildren, Lacy Rucker of Knoxville, Mikayla, Bailey, Brailynn Roberts of Englewood, Lily and Gianna Rucker of Englewood; brothers and sisters-in-law, Greely and Ruth Torbett, Charlie and Diane Torbett all of Englewood and Bob and Janie Torbett of Cleveland, TN; sisters and brothers-in-law, Sue and G.C. McInturff of Englewood, Audrey Mitchel, Della and Vernie White, Anna Ruth Garrett all of Cleveland, TN; special friend and thought of as her son, Doug Giles and special friend Frances Cass.

Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, February, 23, 2013 in the South Chapel, of Bordwine Funeral Home with Rev. Darrell Veal and Pastor Don Harris officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Friday, February 22nd at the funeral home. Interment will follow service, Saturday, to Lands Chapel cemetery.

Pallbearers will be David McInturff, Mickey McInturff, Anthony Saffels, Roger McInturff, Curt Land and John McInturff.
