Charlotte Delores Sinclair, 78, of Melbourne FL, passed away Tuesday, April 26, 2011 at Holmes Regional Medical Center in Melbourne, FL. She was born on March 3, 1933 and was the daughter of the late Johnny Fred "Wendy" Raper and Beulah Nell Sanderson Armstrong. She is preceded in death by her parents, listed above and one son Michael Johnson. She is survived by four children, Ronnie Johnson, Rebecca Engleby,Devin Rankle and Chetta Sinclair-Diaz and ten grandchildren. A graveside service will be held 1:00 p.m., Saturday, April 30, 2011 at Sunrise Cemetery with Dr. Harold Curtis officiating. No Formal visistation will be held.
