Clifford Howard Cook, 81, of Etowah, TN, passed away on Friday, December 11, 2020.

He was a son of the late Paul and Dollie Mae Cook.

He is preceded by one sister, Betty Torbett of Madisonville; two brothers, Ed Cook of Madisonville and Buck Cook of Englewood.

He is survived by his three children, Tim Cook (Robin L. Manis), Tony Cook, and Dorothy Cook Frost (Brandon); six grandchildren, Dylan Cook, Blake, Noah Cook, Bailey Love Cook, Chase Frost and Ethan Frost; several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 14, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. in Chestua Campground Community Cemetery, 6112 U.S. 411, Madisonville, TN, 37354 with Brother Rick Atkins officiating.

No formal visitation will be held.
