Cody Charlie Green, age19of Etowah, TN,passed away Sunday, December 14, 2014due to an automobile accident. He was an avid hunter, loved spending time in the mountains, on the rivers, and on the back roads.Cody was of the Church of Christ faith.He was employed by the Forestry service- fire division.He was theson of Charlie and Lana Green. Cody was Preceded in Death by hisgrandmother, Wanda McDaniel, grandfather, Charles Green and great-grandfather, Arlie Miller

Survivors include his parents;Charlie and Lana Green ofEtowah,brother,Jake Greenof Etowah,papaw;Bobby McDanielof Englewood,mamaw,Barbara Green ofEtowah,uncles;David McDanielofEnglewood,Ray McDanielof Riceville,aunts;Arlene Murphyof Etowah, and Ann Ervin of Athens,and many special friends.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, December 18, 2014 in the South Chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home.Minister Pat Wilson will officiate. Thefamily will receive friends from 11:00 to 2:00, p.m., Thursday, prior to the service.Family and friends will proceed to Etowah Cemetery following the funeral service on Thursday, December 18, 2014.

His closest friends will serve as pallbearers and many friends will be honorary pallbearers.The Family requests friends to bring personal photos of them with Cody to be put on display during the visitation.
