Dee F. "Big Orange" Raper, age 95 of Englewood, TN, passed away Saturday, May 19, 2018 at his residence. He was a son of the late John and Zona Raper. Dee was retired from Athens Products, a member of Manilla Lodge 633 Englewood, was a member of ECC for over 50 years, was very active in his younger years by enjoying sports and coaching little league, and was a big Tennessee Vol fan. He is preceded in death by brothers, Jay, Joe, Wilson, Burkett, and Paul; sisters, Cora Barnett, Buck DeSherlie, Lucille Newman, and Ruby Ritchey.

Survivors include wife, Betty Thomas Raper, two children, Johnny and Flo Raper and Doug and Deanne Gennoe; sister, Bonnie Marion; grandchildren, Cayci, Megan, Danielle, and Elizabeth; and 8 great-grandchildren and 1 on the way.

Masonic service will be held at 7:00 p.m., Monday, May 21, 2018 in the South Chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home with Pastor Johnny Raper officiating. The family will receive friends for 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Monday prior to the service. Family and friends will meet, Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at Sunrise Cemetery for the 10:00 a.m. committal service.
