Donald Ray Smith, Sr., 54 of Etowah, TN passed away on Friday, December 16, 2016 at University of Tennessee Medical Center. He was a son of the late Claude Smith and Wanda Maples.

Preceded in death by his parents, listed above; 2 sons, Chadwick Smith and Collin Smith.

Survivors include his wife, Stacey Smith; daughter, Adrianna Smith; son and daughter-in-law, Donald Smith Jr. and Heather Smith; grandchildren, Aarondale Smith and Chloe Paige Smith; brother, William Smith; sisters, Patricia Stanfield and Cynthia Payne; mother-in-law, Wanda Lowe; brothers-in-law, Dusty Lowe and Derrick Lowe; special cousin, Bobby Blackwell.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday December 23, 2016 in the South Chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home. Family will receive friends from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. Friday prior to the service.

Tim Payne, Dusty Lowe, Donny Ballinger, Tyler Edwards, Roy Edwards, and Eddy Dean Derrick will serve as Pallbearers.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Donald Smith Jr. Bobby Blackwell and Wendell Newport.
