Donna Jean Thompson Biggam age 48 of Etowah went to be with the Lord on Friday, January 8, 2016. A native of Madison, WV but has been a resident of McMinn county since 1973. She was the daughter of the late Gary and Shirley Thompson. Donna is preceded in death by her parents, listed above; husband, Glenn Biggam; brother, Terry Thompson; granddaughter, Zaileah S. Biggam; grandparents, John and Mida Thompson, Clarence and Vivian Gore; aunt, Jewell Kimbler; uncles, Brady Kimbler, Kenneth Gore, Rodney Gore, John B. Thompson, and Eugene Gore.

Survivors include children, Thomas Biggam and Tabitha Biggam; sister, Patricia and Ricky DeBord of Etowah; brothers, Scott and Genie Thompson of York, SC, Gary J. Thompson Jr. of Athens, Ricky M. Thompson of Athens; grandchildren, Jordan Pierson, Drake K. Biggam, Jaxden B. Biggam; 8 nieces, 8 nephews, 8 great-nieces and 8 great-nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 7:30 p.m., Friday, January 15, 2016 in the South Chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home with Mark Hensley officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., Friday prior to the service.
