Dorothy Jean Foody, 58, of Etowah, died on Tuesday, Dec. 25, 2012, at Parkwest Medical Center in Knoxville.A native of in Okinawa, Japan, and resident of Etowah for the past eight years, she was a faithful Christian and a member of Etowah Church of God. A daughter of the late Jack and Katharine Haskins Sr., she was also preceded in death by her identical twin sister, Debbie Hanford Haskins; and one brother, Jack Lionel Haskins Jr. Survivors include one daughter, Dorothy Cook of Etowah; one son, Zach Foody of Jersey City, N.J.; two sisters, Kay Wilhelm of Stafford, Va., and Pat Hubbard of Roanoke, Va.Funeral services will be 7 p.m. Friday in the chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home with Pastor Randall VanHoose officiating. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday prior to the service.Family and friends will assemble on Saturday at Green Hill Cemetery for the 11 a.m. committal service.
