Preceded in death by his parents, Claude Sr. "Rab" and Mamie McCormack; and brother-in-law, James Duckett.Survivors include 4 sons and 1 daughter-in-law, Eric and Joyce Marie McCormick of Etowah, TN, Earl McCormick of Purcell, OK, Jared McCormick of Spring City, TN and Cody McCormick of Cleveland, TN; 2 daughters and 1 son-in-law, Chassie and Philip Hooker of Benton, TN and Kelly Reich of Moore, OK; 3 brothers, Claude McCormick, Jr., Rocky McCormick and Brian McCormick; 2 sisters, Brenda Duckett of Cleveland, TN and Felisha Kimsey of Cleveland, TN; 15 grandchildren; friend and caregiver, Mike Smith of Decatur, TN.Family will receive friends, Sunday, June 9, 2013 from 5 to 7 p.m., in the South Chapel, of Bordwine Funeral Home.
