Edgar James Clemmer, 66, of Englewood, TN, passed away, Saturday, September 1, 2012, at McMinn Memorial Nursing Home.He was a native of Monroe County and resident of Englewood, TN., a son of the late Luther and Naomi Clemmer and a Veteran of the US Army. Preceded in death by his Wife, Joyce Nee Mitchell ; and parents, listed above.Survivors include 2 brothers, Luther A. Clemmer and Charles E. Owens; 2 nieces and 1 nephews, Cyrinthia Callahan, Koriana Clemmer and Luther N. Clemmer; Grandnieces, Hope Callahan, Faith Callahan and Rachel Owens; Grandnephews, Zachary Owens, Ethan Owens and Benjamin Clemmer. Graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, September 6, 2012 at Chestua Baptist Church Cemetery, Monroe County with Dr. Charles Everett Owens officiating.
