Obituary
Ellen Lavern Cook, 79 of Vonore, TN passed away Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at McMinn Memorial Nursing Home.
She was a daughter of the late Howard and Ellen Mahaffey. Preceded in death by her parents; 2 sisters and 2 brothers.
Survivors include son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Mary Ann Hartsell; 2 grandsons, Wesley Hartsell and Jacob Hartsell; 2 great-grandchildren, Jordan Hartsell and Brooklyn Hartsell.
Graveside service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Friday, December 30, 2016 at McMinn Memory Gardens. No formal visitation will be held.
