Elmer Ray Harrill, 73 of Lenoir City, TN passed away at home on Sunday, December 15, 2024. Ray had been sick for seven months and died from complications of Myasthenia Gravis.

Ray worked for CSX Railroad for 27 years. He didn't like it much because he would always say, "What a way to make a living." He was a member of Dixie Lee Baptist Church in Lenoir City.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Diana Harrill; one daughter and son-in-law, Missy and Jeff Lynn; brother and sister-in-law, Randy and Tina Harrill; several sweet nieces, nephews, cousins and wonderful neighbors.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 18, 2024 in Shady Grove Cemetery, Tellico Plains with Terry Chadwick officiating.

No formal visitation will be held.
