Mrs. Esther Marie Cobble Patterson, age 91,of Etowah, TN,departed this life on Monday, August 3, 2015at the home of her daughter and son-in-law, Susan and Dennis Morgan of Etowah. She is now with her Lord and Savior. Esther was thedaughter of the late Ira Joseph and Una Cobble of the Carlock Community.She was preceded in deathby her husband of 57 years, Rev. F.H. Patterson; her parents, listed above; sisters, Miss Ruth Cobble and Diana Sue Cobble Derrick of Etowah; and granddaughter, Stephanie Roberts.

Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law;Diane and Doug Roberts of Lenoir City, TN, Kathie and Charles Kirkland of Vonore, TN, andSusan and Dennis Morgan of Etowah, TN,6 grandchildren;Chris Roberts of Atlanta, GA, Shannon Roberts of Lenoir City, LeAnn and husband Tim Wood of Mt. Juliet, Kevin and wife Rachel Kirkland of Louisville, Eric and wife Rachel Morgan, and Justin Morgan, all of Etowah, sister and brother-in-law;Edythe and J.R. Cooper of Etowah, brother-in-law;Joe Derrick of Etowah,6 great-grandchildren;Leah and Annalise Wood of Mt. Juliet, Hunter, Caroline and Lauren Kirkland of Louisville, and Landon Morgan of Etowah, and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, August 6, 2015 at Delano Cemetery.No formal visitation will be held.
