Eula Loveday Knox, 96, of the Goodsprings Community near Etowah, TN, passed away, Tuesday, October 9, 2012, at Signature Health Care, Cleveland, TN.She was a daughter of the late Gib and Annie Watson Loveday, and was a member of the Goodsprings Baptist Church since 1932. She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Leonard Knox; her parents, listed above; son, Hoyt Lee Knox, Sr.; two grandsons, Warren Lee Knox and Hoyt Lee Knox, Jr.; and four brothers and sisters-in-law, Hubert and Eula Loveday, Hobert and Josie Loveday, Dent and Eula Loveday and Arlin and Grace Looveday. Survivors include her daughter-in-law, Jane Bryan Knox of Etowah, TN; two grandsons and spouses, William Keith and Tonya Knox of Cleveland, TN and Richard Kent and Stephanie Knox of Etowah, TN; four great-grandchildren, Brittany and Sarah Knox of Cleveland, TN and Lily Ann and Cayden Knox of Etowah, TN; nieces and nephews, Troy and Betty Loveday, Quay and Linda Loveday and Melva Buckner all of Etowah, and Curtis Loveday of Benton, TN.Funeral service will be held at 8:00 p.m., Thursday, October 11, 2012 in the South Chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home with Rev. Glenn Gamble and Rev. Ernest Condee officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, prior to the service. Family and friends will assemble at the funeral home at 10:00 a.m., Friday, October 12, 2012 and proceed to Goodsprings Cemetery for the 11:00 a.m., committal service. Terry Loveday, Hershell Casteel, Louis Bryan, Larry Choat, Andy Russell, and James Cook will serve as pallbearers.
