Evelyn B. Rayburn, age 70, of Englewood, TN, passed away on Friday November 18, 2016 at Fort Loudon Medical Center. She was the daughter of the late William Earl and Stella M. Land Buckner. She was a loving Mother and Grandmother.

Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband, Luther Curtis Rayburn (Jackie); daughter, Diane Elizabeth Rayburn; parents; and brother, Samuel Buckner.

Evelyn was survived by, daughters and son-in-laws, Angelia Rayburn of Chattanooga, TN, Paula and Jason Smallen of Loudon, TN, and Kathy and Michael Mullinax of Etowah, TN; grandchildren, Michael Ellison of Knoxville, TN, Brandon Ellison of Knoxville, TN, Katie Smallen of Loudon, TN, Evelyn and Austin Barker of Etowah, TN, and Beth Robinson of Etowah, TN; great-granddaughter, Kelsie-Beth Barker; 5 living sisters; 2 living brothers and many nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday November 22, 2016 in the South Chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home with James Morgan officiating. Family will receive friends from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tuesday prior to the service at the funeral home.
