Florence Marie Phelps Blevins, 87, of Etowah, died Sunday, July 28, 2013, at McMinn Memorial Nursing Home.A native of Burwell, Neb., she was a daughter of the late Edgar and Cora Phelps. She was also preceded in death by three brothers, Richard, Les and Charlie Phelps, all formerly of Nebraska. Survivors include her husband, Charlie Wayne Blevins of Etowah; her children, Charla Roderick and Stephen King of Tellico Plains, Arlene and Bill Saul of Baker City, Ore., Bob and Brinda Easter of Colo., and Connie and Elden Thomas of Nebraska; nine grandchildren, Jason Saul, Aaron Saul, Matthew Roderick, Tori Roderick, Michael Easter, Carla Easter, Timathy Thomas, John Thomas and Eldon Thomas; her great-grandchildren, Elijah Saul and many more; and two brothers and one sister-in-law, Howard and Wynetta Phelps of Omaha, Neb., and Jimmy Phelps of Lincoln, Neb. No formal visitation will be held.
