Floyd Henry "Boob" Watson, 91 of Englewood passed away Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at Madisonville Health and Rehab.

He was a son of the late Bob Watson and Neelie Martin Watson.

Preceded in death by his wife, Sarah Frances Brock Watson; daughter, Peggy Jeanette Watson; and his parents;

Floyd was a well known hosiery mill executive; he was vice president of production of Niota Textile Mills; he was a 32 ^nd Degree Mason; and was kind to children and anyone he came in contact with.

Survivors include his son, Ricky Jerome Watson; brothers, Albert Watson and Dave Watson; step-sister, Beulah Watson; and special cousin, Rual Watson.

Thanks to Madisonville Health and Rehab for taking great care of Floyd while he was there.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, October 12, 2018 in the chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home with Ron Blevins and Elder John  Hale officiating.

Family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Friday prior to the service. A private burial will follow the service.

Bordwine Funeral Home of Etowah is in charge of arrangements.
