Frances Louise Miller, 76 of Etowah, TN passed away on Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at Hospice Care Center of Chattanooga. She was a daughter of the late Elmer and May Pope.

Preceded in death by her husband, Austin "Smiley" Miller.

Survivors include her brothers-in-law, Arthur Miller, Jr. and James Miller; sisters-in-law, Catherine Simpson and Pat Riggs.

Graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, September 22, 2016 at McMinn Memory Gardens with Rev. Billy Burton officiating. No formal visitation will be held.
