Glenmore Weaver, age 91 of Delano, TN, passed away Friday April 7, 2017 at Hospice of Chattanooga. He was the son of the late Ruffus and Alice Weaver. Glenmore was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Wilson Weaver; parents, listed above, and eleven siblings.

Survivors include children, Janice and Paul Rogers of Delano, TN, Elaine and Mike Hodge of Etowah, TN, Marvin Weaver of Delano, TN, and Dixie Weaver of Etowah, TN; grandchildren, Bettye and Randy Ward, Chris Weaver, Jennifer and Michael Moats, Shelly and Michael O'Bear, and Kelly and Travis Maynor; great-grandchildren, Justin Weaver, Kayla and Dylan Wilson, Megan and Brandon Blevins, Riley Moats, Jake Hanshaw, Jonah Hanshaw, Maddie Hanshaw, Shelby Maynor, and Colby Maynor; great-great- grandchildren, Addalee Wilson, Madelyn Armour, and Brayden Blevins; sister-in-law, Betty Weaver of Andersonville, TN, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held 8:00 p.m. Monday, April 10, 2017 in the south chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home with Rev. Chad Maxwell officiating. Family will receive friends from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday April 10, 2017 prior to the service. Family and friends will assemble at Sweetwater Memorial Park Tuesday, April 11, 2017 for the 11:00 a.m. committal service. Claude Bradford, Shane Burris, Bobby Jenkins, Michael Moats, Justin Weaver, Dylan Wilson, Mike Hodge, and Olice Stone Jr. will serve as pallbearers.
