Glenn F. Peery, Sr., 85, of Etowah, passed away Saturday, June 22, 2019.

He was a native of Blount County, TN and was of the Methodist faith.He was a son of the late Andrew Thomas Peery and Mayme Peery and was preceded in death by his brothers Tom, Dale, and Wendell Peery.

Survivors include his wife, Betty Madge Patty Peery,  2 sons; Danny Peery, Jeff Peery and wife Betsy, one daughter, Judy Peery, one brother, Wayne Peery and wife Lucille, grandchildren, Brandy Peery, Jesse Peery, Lindsey Peery, Misty Peery and Brittany Peery, great-grandchildren , Jole Payne, Colby Peery and Seairra Young. Numerous other extended family also survive.

A Graveside Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, June 24, 2019 at Prospect Cemetery in Walland, TN.

There will be no formal visitation held
