Greg Burton, 57, of Englewood, TN, passed away Saturday, June 4, 2022.

Greg was a lover of all things outdoors. He loved being outside, rather it be mowing or tinkering in the garage. He was a craftsman and loved to make things. He enjoyed fishing and hunting in his free time. Above all, he loved his family and adored his grandchildren.

Greg was preceded in death by his son, Derk Burton; father, Carlos Burton; maternal grandparents, Henry and Mary Nell Cline; paternal grandparents, Horace and Vesta Burton; beloved and faithful companion, Sassy.

Greg is survived by his loving wife, Joan Burton, children and spouses, Craig and Tiffany Burton, Anthony Burton and Dixie Bennett, Jessica Moses and Erick Aciego; grandchildren, Conner, Victoria, and Brylie Burton; mother, Virginia Burton; brother and sister-in-law, Darrell and Diana Burton; sister and brother-in-law, Cheryl and Tracy Wilson; sisters-in-law and spouses, Lucille and Greg Dudley, Cheryl and Eddie Curtis; brothers-in-law and spouse, Duane Langford, David and Robin Langford; mother- and father-in-law, Larry and Dolores Langford; several nieces and nephews; four-legged friend, Maggie.

Craig Burton, Anthony Burton, Eddie Curtis, Zach Brooks, Josh Sylvester, Darrell Burton, Duane Langford, and Tracy Wilson will serve as pallbearers. Greg's grandchildren, Conner, Victoria, and Brylie will serve as honorary pallbearers.

Funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m., Saturday, June 11, 2022, in the chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home with Rev. Richard Parker officiating.

Family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturday prior to the service.

Family and friends will assemble at 1:00 p.m., Sunday, June 12th at the funeral home and proceed to McMinn Memory Gardens for the 2:00 p.m. committal service.
