Harold Eugene Peeler, 64, of Englewood, TN passed away Sunday, March 8, 2015 at Starr Regional Medical Center of Etowah. A Member of the VFW post 5146, Athens, TN and he served his country in the U.S. Marines. He was the owner of Athens Tool and Engineering and son of the late Jim and Bernice Peeler. Preceded in death by his parents; and his brothers, Steve and Larry Peeler. He loved golf, his family and his country.

Survived by his beloved wife and friend of 37 years, Linda Peeler of Englewood, TN; 2 sons, Cody Peeler of Englewood, TN and Jeff Langston of California.

Funeral service will be held at 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 11, 2015 in the South Chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home with Ronnie Lane officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m., to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday prior to the service. Family and friends will assemble at the funeral home Thursday, March 12, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. and proceed to McMinn Memory Gardens for the 11:00 a.m. committal service with military honors.

Cody Peeler, Kolby Hamilton, Korey Hamilton, Kevin Hamilton, Josh Patrillo, Neil Moses, Michael Altstatt and Cameron Cordell will serve as pallbearers.
