Harold E. "Pug" Landers, 72, of Etowah, TN passed away Tuesday, February 7, 2023.

Preceded in death by his parents, James Arthur and Helen Davis Landers; and brother, James Landers.

He is survived by his wife, Elaine Newman Landers; sons and daughters-in-law, Josh and Shannon Landers of Etowah, Luke and Casey Landers of Cleveland; three grandchildren, Jenna, Dane and Ryan Landers; sisters, Marge Callaway of Magnolia, TX and Jean Frye of Athens, TN; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Joyce Hampton of Athens, Marv and Cindy Newman of Cleveland, Rhonda and Roger Hampton of Cleveland; also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Pug loved the outdoors, hunting and golf. He watched hours of Braves baseball and Vols Athletics.

He worked at Olin/Arch Chemicals for 36 years, and was a faithful member of Delano Baptist Church.

He loved being surrounded by his family and grand kids.

And as his neighbors well know… he loved to mow!

Graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, February 10, 2023 at Delano Cemetery with Rev. Jamie Johnson officiating.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Thursday, February 9 ^th at the funeral home.
