Harvey Paul Williams, 57, of Athens, TN went home to be with the Lord on November 25, 2014. He was born on April 2, 1957 in McMinn County to Mary and Dwane Williams. Harvey was a retiree of 31 years from JM Huber and was currently employed at Creative Foam. Preceded in death by his parents, listed above.

He was a great man of God and a very loving husband, father, brother, grandfather and friend. He was a member of Conasauga Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Janice Williams; 2 sons, Barry Williams of Chickamauga, GA; and Shawn Stone of Athens, TN; 2 Daughters, Crystal Shelton of Decatur, TN and Jackie Arnold of Decatur, TN; 2 daughters-in-law, Tonya Williams and Heather Stone; 2 sons-in-law, Brandon Shelton and Keith Arnold; 2 sisters, Sheila Duncan and husband Stanley Duncan of Etowah, TN and Kim Williams of Rossville, GA; Harvey had 9 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m., Friday, November 28, 2014 in the south chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home with Ronnie Best officiating. Family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Friday prior to the service. Family will assemble at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, November 29, 2014 at the funeral home and proceed to Conasauga Cemetery for the 11:00 a.m., committal service.
