Helen Trotter Lipps, 93, of Etowah, TN passed away Saturday, January 28, 2023.

She was a member of Coghill Baptist Church. Helen loved to spend time with her family.

She is preceded in death by her first husband, Gene Trotter; second husband, Bernard Lipps; parents, Henry and Buelah Blair; several siblings and their spouses; son-in-law, Doyle Puett; great-grandson, Dawson Lairmore.

She is survived by her children and spouses, Karen and Wendell Puett, Gayle Puett, Alvin L. Lipps; grandchildren and spouses, Wendy and Lloyd Jones, Shelly and Joe Lairmore, Mandy Puett, Jeramey Lipps, Hannah Lipps; great-grandkids, Dalten Lairmore and Claudia Lairmore; several extended family members.

The family would like to send a special thank you to the staff at Amedisys Hospice and Pat Cass for Helen's care.

Funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 31, 2023, in the chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home with Rev. Joe Hatcher and son-in-law, Wendell Puett officiating.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Tuesday prior to the service.                                                                                            Family and friends will assemble at Green Hill Cemetery, Wednesday, February 1 ^st , for the 11:00 a.m. committal service.

Dalten Lairmore, Jeramey Lipps, Joe Lairmore, Lloyd Jones, Joey Newman and Shane Moates will serve as pallbearers.
