Helen B. Wilson, devoted wife, mother, and grandmother of Athens, TN went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, March 23, 2023.

Helen grew up in Cleveland, Tennessee and was the daughter of Horace and Kathleen Gregg.

Helen enjoyed cooking, working in the yard, and spending time with the ones she loved. She enjoyed beach vacations, trips to the Opry in Nashville, and traveling. She attended New Zion Baptist Church and enjoyed singing in the choir. She was a familiar face to those in the front office at Cleveland Dental Center in Cleveland, Tennessee for 10 years.

Helen was preceded in death by her parents; and her brother, Richard Gregg of Cleveland.

She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Thomas "Tom" Wilson; her three daughters, Kim Riddle (John) of Athens, Amy Plemons (Lynn), and Melissa "Missy" (Ross) Trotter of Athens; her brother, Dale (Valerie) Gregg of Cleveland; sister-in-law, Suzan Gregg; and her grandchildren, Willa Claire Trotter, Margaret "Maggie" Trotter, Wren Riddle, Kathryn Riddle, Garrett Plemons, Emma Plemons, and Carson Plemons.

The family would like to thank her caretakers Amanda "Suzie" Mckay, Julie Gibson, and the team at Hospice of Chattanooga.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 28, 2023 in New Zion Cemetery with Don Stewart officiating.
