Herbert Horace Cass

Herbert Horace Cass of Etowah, passed away at the age of 88, Sunday, January 30, 2011, at Woods Memorial Hospital.

He was a native and lifelong resident of Etowah. He was the son of the late James and Lillie Knox Cass.

He is preceded in death by his parents, listed above; two brothers, Lewis and Edgar Cass; and one sister, Beulah Cline.

Survivors include one sister-in-law, Pauline Cass of Maryville, TN; two nephews, Roger Cass of Knoxville, TN and Mickey Cline, of Boone NC.

Graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, January 31, 2011 at Etowah Cemetery with Rev. Aaron Pierce officiating. No formal visitation will be held.
