Hobert Lee Decker, 66, of Englewood, passed away, early Wednesday morning, June 16, 2010 at his residence. He was a native and lifelong resident of McMinn County and a son of the late Glen and Ethel Price Decker. He retired from Olin Chemicals on April 1, 2010.

Survivors include his wife, Patricia Decker of Englewood, TN; two daughters and son-in-law, Cynthia and Mark Hudik of Knoxville, TN and Emily Decker of Englewood, TN; one son and daughter-in-law, Aaron and Angie Decker of Etowah, TN; four step-children and spouse, Jan Cochran, Jamie and Jennifer Roller, Teresa McDaniel and Brian Cochran; five grandchildren, Kayla Frey, Brian Cochran, Dylan Massengill, James Roller and Christian Decker; two great-granddaughters, Brook Frey and Abrianna Massengill; two brothers and sister-in-law, Harold and Mildred Decker of Riceville, TN and Jim Decker of Athens, TN; sister he never had, Barbara Jean Harrison; beloved pet, "Sug" and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside service with military honors will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, June 18, 2010 at McMinn Memory Gardens with Layspeaker Dan Elliott officiating. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, June 17, in the South Chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home.
