Ina Lorene Bookout Gilbert, 91, of Maryville, TN passed away on Thursday, May 23, 2013 at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was a daughter of late Sallie and Green Bookout, and youngest of nine children. Preceded in death by first husband, James R. Davis killed in WWII; second husband, James W. Gilbert; parents, listed above; 3 sisters, Viola Graves, Betty Bivens and Martha Wilson; 4 brothers, George, James, Taylor and Edwin Bookout; and niece and spouse, Dorothy and Glenn Mason. Survivors include, Son and daughter-in-law, Alan and Tiffani Gilbert of Knoxville; Brother, G.B. Bookout of California; nephew and spouse, Chester and Susie Graves; and several other nieces and nephews. Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 28, 2013, in the South Chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home with Rev. Jason Brown officiating.
