James "Spider" Edward Webb, 62, of Athens, TN passed away Monday, March 7, 2016, at Starr Regional Medical Center. He was a son of the late Edward and Martha Webb.

Preceded in death by his parents, listed above.

Survivors include his wife, Rosalyn Webb of Athens, TN; son, Tim Webb of Athens, TN; daughter and son-in-law, Kendra and Justin Goodwin of Etowah, TN; 2 grandchildren, Kamden and Leigha Goodwin; cousin and wife, Michael and Joy Webb of Tennga, GA; lifelong friend, Glenn "Eats" Carroll.

Funeral service will be held at 8:00 p.m., Friday, March 11, 2016 in the South Chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home with Pastor Robert Sneed officiating. Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Friday prior to the service. Family and friends will assemble at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, March 12, 2016 at the funeral home and proceed to Goodsprings Cemetery for the 2:00 p.m. committal service.
