James "J.R." Hamm, 66, of Tellico Plains, TN, passed away Tuesday, December 28, 2021.

Preceded in death by his daughter, Brenda Denise Hamm; grandchildren, Samantha and Dustin Robinson; parents, Jim and Ruby Hamm; father and mother-in-law, Romeo and Wanda Hembree; sister-in-law, Patricia Cooper.

Survivors include his wife, Brenda Hamm; children and spouses, Christy and Wyatt Freeman, Jeremy and Nabela Hamm; grandchildren, Raven Robinson, Ezekiel Hamm, Gabriel Hamm, Aban Freeman; brother and sister-in-law, Wesley and Lori Ann Hamm; sister, Blanch Lindeman; brother-in-law, Darrell and Pauline Hembree; sister-in-law, Anna and Jesse Esparza.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, January 4, 2022 in McMinn Memory Gardens with Pastor Wayne Hickman officiating.

No formal visitation will be held.
