James Edward Kelley, 86 of Etowah, TN passed away Wednesday, June 27, 2018. He was a son of the late J.P. and Ithma Kelley. Preceded in death by his parents; sister, Mary Sue Hunt; and nephew, Jimmy Hunt. He served in the US Army Counter Intelligence Division and retired from J.M. Huber Corp. Survivors include his brother-in-law, Marvin S. Hunt; nephews, Marvin "Cotton" Hunt and John Scott Hunt. Graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday June 30, 2018 at Green Hill Cemetery with Chaplin Mike Justice officiating. No formal visitation will be held.
