James William Monfort, 83, of Delano, TN passed away Monday, January 8, 2018. He was a son of the late William and Bertha Monfort. Preceded in death by his Parents; and brother, David Monfort. He served in the US Air Force from 1955 to 1965 and he attended First Baptist Church of Etowah. Survivors include his wife Marlene Monfort; 1 brother, Timothy Monfort; 1 son, William Monfort; 2 daughters; and 3 grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held at 6:00 p.m., Sunday, January 28, 2018 at First Baptist Church of Etowah.
