Jeane Bellamy Woody, 64, of McMinn County, passed away, Wednesday, Oct. 26, 2011, at her residence.A native of Bradley County and a resident of McMinn County for the past 20 years, she was a daughter of the late Robert and Lillian Bellamy. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gene Woody; parents, listed above; one sister, Bess Stidger, and one brother, Bill Bellamy.Survivors include one son, James Shillings of Athens, TN; one daughter, Julie Martin and Donald Hampshire of Etowah, TN; one brother and sister-in-law, Bob and Teresa Bellamy of Manchester, TN; four grandchildren, Carley, Justin, Hannah, and Chyann; lifelong friend, Claudette Harmon; and several nieces, nephews and dear friends.A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, October 28, 2011 at Morris Chapel Cemetery in Cleveland, TN. Rev. Doyle Lloyd will officiate. No formal visitation will be held.
