Jeff Johnson, 47, of Englewood, TN passed away Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at UT Medical Center, Knoxville. A native of McMinn County, and preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Hugh Alvin Johnson, Sr. and Beulah Johnson; and maternal grandparents, Russell and Edna Willis.

Survivors include, his wife of 25 years, Anita Johnson and their son, Seth Johnson both of Englewood, TN; parents, Alvin and Henrietta Johnson of Englewood, TN; brother and sister-in-law, Chris and Kendra Johnson of Athens, TN; brothers-n-law and sisters-in-law, Darin and Amy Osborne of Griffin, GA and Ray and Angela Quinn of Acworth, GA; nieces and nephews, Madison and Olivia Johnson of Athens, TN and Hannah and David Osborne of Griffin, GA.

Funeral service will be held 7:00 p.m., Saturday, January 3, 2014 in the South Chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home with Pastor Kevin Cummins and John Woodword officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m., to 7:00 p.m., prior to the service. Family and friends will assemble at Green Hill Cemetery Sunday, January 4, 2015 for the 2:00 p.m. committal service.

Sammy Duncan, Roger Moses, Scott Crofts, Chris Torbett, Mike Dingess and Gene Farmer will serve as pallbearers.
