Jeffrey "Adam" Powell, 38, left this world to rejoice in heaven on Monday, June 29, 2020

He was born in Florence, SC on February 18, 1982 to Ray and Joyce Powell. Adam lived in Etowah, TN for the past six years with his wife and soul mate, Lacey Powell. Together they enjoyed long walks in nature visiting many of the area waterfalls and taking beautiful pictures together. Adam could always be heard mocking commercials on TV by singing his own version in a cartoon voice until you had to laugh.

Preceded in death by his grandparents, TJ and Aaro Powell, Ervin and Elsie Tanner; uncle, Deleon Powell; best buddy, "Brandon".

He leaves to cherish his memory, his loving wife, Lacey Powell; parents, Ray and Joyce Powell of Florence, SC; sisters, Traci Myers and Candy Powell of Florence; nieces, Autum Stewart(Ron), and Brooke Myers; nephew, Skyler Myers; grandnieces, Journey Stewart, Maggie Hughes, "Ray Ray" Stewart, Harlyn Hughes; great-nephew, Gunner Stewart; aunts, Madeline Carraway (Harold), Claudia Miles (Charles), Linda Chavis; uncle, Gerald Powell (Karen); mother-in-law, Marla Martin of Etowah; father-in-law, Gerald Hamilton (Shelly) of Etowah; brother-in-law, Jerry Hamilton (Tonya) and their son, TJ of Tellico, Johnathan Hamilton; sister-in-law, Tennessee Hamilton; uncle, Ronnie Tanner (Sherry) Tanner of Florence, SC; Adam also dearly loved his fur babies, Bonni and Deogie.

A graveside service will be held at 4:00 p.m., Friday, July 3 ^rd at Mars Hill Cemetery with Pastor Scott Cardin officiating.
